A written move plan

Crates, packing and labelling
Crates arrive a few days ahead so staff can pack their own desks, and we supply a labelling system that maps every crate to a numbered position on the new floor plan. Where you would rather not lose staff hours to packing, our team packs instead.
Dismantling furniture
Desks, bench systems, pedestals, partitions and shelving come apart the evening before or on the morning itself. Fixings are bagged and labelled to the item they came off, which is the difference between an hour of reassembly and an afternoon of it.
